My name is Sonia, and I created this space to share the heart of everything I do as a mother, mentor, coach, and podcast host. Whether you’re here to explore Love Principles, join me on the ‘Geriatric’ Mamas podcast, or simply connect through our shared journey of womanhood, know this: you're in the right place.
Hello and welcome, I’m so glad you’re here.
Love Principles
At Love Principles, I help women attract and keep deeply aligned love by returning home to their self-worth. As a certified dating coach, I guide women in reconnecting with their natural feminine energy, setting strong yet graceful boundaries, and embodying the quiet confidence that draws healthy, devoted relationships.
Through one-on-one coaching, Love Principles Articles, and heartfelt mentorship, I help you stop settling and start choosing. Love doesn’t require you to shrink or chase. It simply asks you to remember who you are—and to rise in your worth.
‘Geriatric’ Mamas Podcast
Motherhood in your late thirties or forties comes with its own beautiful challenges and victories. On ‘Geriatric’ Mamas, I co-host honest, heart-filled conversations with women who are navigating motherhood on their own terms. We talk about fertility, career transitions, homeschooling, family dynamics, and what it really means to rewrite your story later in life.
Every episode is a mix of laughter, vulnerability, and wisdom. You’ll feel like you're sitting at the table with your smartest, most compassionate girlfriends—because you are.
My Why
I became a coach and community-builder after years of being the woman who questioned her worth, who over-explained, who stayed too long, who silenced herself to keep the peace. I’ve walked through the ache of being misunderstood, undervalued, and dismissed—and I’ve done the work to rise from it.
Now, I lead with love. I mother with grace. I coach with quiet strength. And I offer everything I’ve learned to help other women remember their power, their beauty, and their unshakable value.
I believe you don’t have to become someone else to find love, success, or peace. You only need to become more of who you’ve always been.
From homeschooling to planning our local parade, I’m raising my daughter to know her voice and her value. By modeling emotional composure and community service, I hope every girl—and every woman—around me learns to do the same.
